YOU DON’T NEED TO DO THE ABSOLUTE MOST TO GET RID OF PMS & PAINFUL PERIODS

Wellness culture has women convinced they need to cut out their favorite foods, take 37 supplements & do a bunch of costly lab tests in order to heal

I couldn’t disagree with this more

I mean, there’s a time & a place for everything so by all means if this is the path you want to take - no judgement! 

BUT these things are absolutely not an effective starting point… 

With my clients, we NEVER start by cutting anything out!

Especially not foods that bring them joy

I may or may not encourage a supplement or two in *some* cases, but it’s never the first step 

& I don’t do any lab testing 

None of these things are getting to the root of what’s causing your mood swings, anxiety, irritability, painful cramps, heavy bleeding, fatigue, etc.

Just by scrolling instagram you’ll be so quickly convinced that you have to do the absolute most in order to heal

But what’s really required to heal is consistency 

Most women aren’t unwell because they’re missing one magic supplement or lab test - they’re unwell because the basics are unstable:

• Blood sugar instability 

• Digestive issues 

• A nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight 

To name a few

So they keep searching instagram & DIYing and hoping *this* thing will finally be *the* thing that fixes everything 

I’d like to propose a visualization for yourself…

Imagine how much lighter you would feel if you stopped chasing the next “fix”, & you just finally felt at peace with your health 

I’m here to tell you that that visualization can absolutely be your reality

But here’s the truth no one is selling you: the “magic fix” is doing the small things… day in and day out… over and over again. Through easy days & hard days, through travel and extra stress, through holidays and parties and events and everything else. What can you do consistently to support yourself through all of that (aka life!)?
